FOUND AFTERMARKET IGNITION COIL INSTALLED ON CYLINDER #1 , THIS IGNITION COIL IS KNOW TO SHORT OUT AND DAMAGE THE DME. REMOVED AND REPLACED IGNITION COIL WITH AN OEM ONE.
REPLACED BOTH DAY TIME RUNNING BULBS AT FOG LAMPS.

FOUND SEVERAL TERMINAL 15 FAULTS STORED IN CAS MODULE (CAR ACCESS SYSTEM). CHECKED BATTERY VOLTAGE TO AND FROM THE CAS AT JB AND ALL ARE GOOD. DETERMINED THAT THE CAS MODULE IS FAULTY. REPLACED & CODE CAS MODULE. CLEARED FAULTS. TEST DROVE VEHICLE. NO FAULTS CAME BACK.

customer states that under heavy acceleration the drive belt keeps coming off. diagnose and found that the tensioner , friction wheel and alternator decoupler pulley are worn causing the belt to come off under heavy load. removed alternator and replaced the decoupler pulley , tensioner assembly , friction wheel and drive belt.
during inspection noticed that the valve cover gasket is leaking oil. removed valve cover assembly and replaced valve cover gasket. pressure washed engine bay.
