    • customer states that under heavy acceleration the drive belt keeps coming off. diagnose and found that the tensioner , friction wheel and alternator decoupler pulley are worn causing the belt to come off under heavy load. removed alternator and replaced the decoupler pulley , tensioner assembly , friction wheel and drive belt.
    • during inspection noticed that the valve cover gasket is leaking oil. removed valve cover assembly and replaced valve cover gasket. pressure washed engine bay.

    • Customer states vehicle is smoking from the engine bay. after inspection found that the valve cover gasket is leaking oil . removed valve cover assembly and replaced valve cover gasket , camshaft adjuster seal and breather hose.
    • customer states he can see an accumulation of oil around the oil filter. after inspection found that the oil filter housing gasket and oil cooler seal are leaking oil. removed and replaced oil filter housing gasket and oil cooler seal. pressure washed the engine bay. test drove vehicle.
    • During inspection noticed that the upper radiator hose was saturated with oil coming from the oil cooler seal. removed and replaced upper radiator hose. topped off and bled the cooling system.
