- VEHICLE IS DUE FOR A OIL and FILTER SERVICE. PERFORMED OIL and FILTER SERVICE. TOPPED OFF FLUIDS and ADJUST TIRE PRESSURE AS NECESSARY. RESET CBS DATA.
- customer states that under heavy acceleration the drive belt keeps coming off. diagnose and found that the tensioner , friction wheel and alternator decoupler pulley are worn causing the belt to come off under heavy load. removed alternator and replaced the decoupler pulley , tensioner assembly , friction wheel and drive belt.
- during inspection noticed that the valve cover gasket is leaking oil. removed valve cover assembly and replaced valve cover gasket. pressure washed engine bay.
