- Customer states that check engine light its being on. Found fault for intake camshaft jammed. Diagnosed & found that the timing guides had fail. Replaced drive chain for oil pump, guide & both sprockets, oil pan gasket. Replaced timing chain, chain tensioner & both sliding rails, intake vanos hub and central vanos bolt, valve cover gasket, valvetronic seal, vacuum pump seal, breather valve. Replaced front main seal. Performed oil & filter service. Topped off all the fluids checked tire pressures.
- Found that the oil filter housing gasket is leaking oil. Removed and replaced the oil filter housing gasket and cooler seal.
- FOUND THAT THE RADIATOR IS LEAKING COOLANT. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY. FILLED UP AND BLED THE COOLING SYSTEM.
