- customer states that the engine has an extended crank and that the check engine light turned on. found fault codes for camshaft and crankshaft inlet synchronization. removed valve cover and confirm a faulty variable timing sprocket for the intake side. removed and replaced. removed exhaust timing sprocket and replaced screws.
